A new 60,000 SF all-in-one facility for a Sephardic Jewish congregation to be assembled on Manhattan’s Upper East Side on the former site of three brownstone houses, the building’s program includes a syngagogue for 320 people with support space, as well as a community center including a workout facility, gymnasium, swimming pool, multi-purpose activity rooms, a cooking classroom, and a banquet hall with kosher kitchen facility to serve as an operating base for a catering company.  Also, the roof hosts a play deck to serve as an outdoor assembly space during Sukkot.
