Positions available:


Project Architect (full time) with minimum 8 years of professional experience.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in New Orleans, LA. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and consultants, producing detailed architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The Project Architect will also be responsible for managing project budgets, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  • Proficiency in Visual Communication

  • Experience in Project Management and handling Submittals

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders

  • Professional degree in Architecture

  • Professional licensure as an architect, or significant progress in ARE exams

  • Good designer with a good sense of practicality

  • Strong technical design skills with knowledge of building/life safety codes

Architectural Designer (full time) This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer located in New Orleans, LA. This entry level position will be responsible assisting the Project Manager or Project Architect with drafting, taking notes, performing research, ordering samples, preparing for meetings and handling design and office-related tasks.

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team

  • Initiative to run with tasks

  • Professional degree in Architecture

  • Strong conceptual design skills
