Positions available:

Project Architect (full time) with minimum 7 years of professional experience.

• Effectively lead project team, ensuring collaboration between internal disciplines

• Create project schedules and internal deadlines

• Review local zoning and building codes

• Preparing design presentations

• Correspond directly with clients and contractors

• Create redlines and managing support staff

• Coordinate structural and mechanical drawings with architectural drawings

• Produce details

• Research products and materials and corresponding with local suppliers and reps

• Prepare applications for permit and corresponding with City plan examiners and inspectors

• Documentation management through construction phase include submittal review, site visit and sketches

Job Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture

• Experience using Revit

• Experience on all phases of projects: design phase through construction administration phase

• Effective and clear communicator
