The local owners of this popular regional restaurant chain selected the historic Carpenter & Joiner's Union Hall for their new Mid-City restaurant and office headquarters. Architects collaborated with engineers to enforce New Orleans' Stormwater Management Requirements, Historic Tax Credits and Integrated Building Modeling techniques to streamline design, coordination and approvals.
